Meet Rachael, registered Nutritional Therapist
I spent years struggling with IBS, which quietly took a toll on my confidence and my social life, long before I understood the connection between food and how I felt. Then a breast cancer diagnosis changed everything.
I'm deeply grateful for the medical care I received, but I was struck by how little support existed around diet and nutrition. I didn't want to just hand my health over to a system, so I started researching how to eat in a way that reduced inflammation, supported my hormones, and helped my body heal.
What I learned changed my life, and it's why I trained as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).
Now, I help others do the same: take back control, rebalance their bodies, and rediscover their energy.
I see clients globally online, and will be offering face-to-face consultations in London, UK, from January 2027.
Nutritional therapy starts with a simple idea: you are unique, and so is your path to feeling well. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I take a holistic view of your physiology, working to understand the root causes and underlying imbalances that shape how you feel.
This means taking time to really explore your diet, lifestyle and environment, then using science-backed research, rooted in biomedicine, to build a protocol that's tailored specifically to you. The goal is to bring your body's systems back into balance, supporting your body's own capacity to heal and helping you reconnect with the energy and vitality that make you feel like you.
Nutritional therapy often works alongside conventional medicine, not in place of it. Medical treatment can play a vital role, and this approach complements it by looking more deeply at the everyday factors that influence your health. It can also be a helpful next step for those who've explored every avenue, been told their results look normal, or that there's nothing more to be done. Nutritional therapy often opens up a different set of questions, and a fresh place to look.
Whatever has brought you here, you'll be met with an individualised approach, one that starts with listening to your story.

What my clients say…
“I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Her warm and caring personality immediately put me at ease, and her knowledge and genuine passion for naturopathic nutrition really shone through in our sessions. The advice she gave me has encouraged me to introduce new habits into my daily life, which have made a noticeable difference to my rest, energy levels and overall health”
Alice, 25
“I had a great experience with Rachael. She provided me with a personalised diet and supplement plan and I found her approach to be very practical, well-structured, and easy to follow.
She took the time to understand my needs and lifestyle rather than suggesting a one-size-fits-all plan. The guidance was clear and realistic, and I really appreciated the support and professional approach throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for personalised and thoughtful nutrition guidance.”
